This policy explains what information NarrativeLoan ("we," "us") collects when you use narrativeloan.com and our narrative-generation tool, and how we handle it.
Account and billing information. When you subscribe, we (via our payment processor, Stripe) collect your name, email address, and payment details. We do not store your full payment card information ourselves — Stripe handles and stores that directly.
Content you enter to generate a narrative. When you use the generator, the business and financial details you type in (such as revenue, loan purpose, or owner background) are sent securely to our backend to generate your narrative. This content is encrypted in transit. We do not store this content after your session ends — it is not retained in a database or logged for later use. Free-tier usage of the generator is limited per IP address; no account or email is required to use the free tier.
Basic usage analytics. Our marketing/landing pages use Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns (e.g., which pages are visited, general location, device type).
We use a small number of service providers to operate NarrativeLoan, each of whom processes limited data on our behalf:
We do not sell your information to third parties.
Narrative content you submit is not retained after your session — we do not keep a database of generated narratives or the financial details used to create them. Account and billing information is retained for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
You can unsubscribe from product emails at any time via the link in those emails. To request deletion of your account or billing information, contact us at hello@narrativeloan.com.
We may update this policy as NarrativeLoan evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
