Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of NarrativeLoan (narrativeloan.com), operated by Patricia Calloway ("we," "us"). By using NarrativeLoan, you agree to these terms.

What NarrativeLoan is

NarrativeLoan is a tool that helps generate the business narrative section of SBA and bank loan applications using AI. It is a drafting aid, not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or lending advice.

Your responsibilities

No warranty

NarrativeLoan is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that generated narratives will result in loan approval, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content generated will be free of mistakes. NarrativeLoan does not provide financial, legal, or lending advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of NarrativeLoan, including denied loan applications, lost revenue, or reliance on generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to NarrativeLoan is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Subscriptions and billing

Fair use

Each plan includes a monthly narrative allowance as described on our pricing page. These allowances are sized to comfortably cover typical usage. We reserve the right to review accounts that consistently exceed their plan's allowance and may ask such accounts to move to a higher tier.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may cancel your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as NarrativeLoan evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
